Ava’s First Birthday // Brisbane Family Photographer

The rain held off, at just the right time as small rays of light trickled though the trees

~ little teddy bears lined rugs ready for the happy pitter-patter of little feet.

Friends and family came ready to eat, drink and be merry

~  teddy bear ears, giggles and bubbles made the day complete.

Each New Year starts with a list of things that I dream will happen, it’s not always written down … but a vague plan or general idea tends to get me going and I know fitness or better food choices tend to make an appearance on a lot of New Year Resolution lists around the globe.

Now, by no means am I an expert in the benefits of Organic food, but I know its delicious and it makes me feel good and what I also love is that I get to share with you my new design for a Girl who is going to rock your Organic socks off! Sachen’s 1st Birthday Party // Brisbane Family Photographer

The first time I met Sachen was delivering prints from the pregnancy session the week before  –  just in the nick of time! It is hard to believe that was just a little over a year ago!  Since then I have had the joy of seeing him grow and have had the opportunity to spend time getting to know him and his lovely family some more.

Being apart of Sachen’s first birthday party was such a pleasure! All the beautiful little details which Danielle had put together, from the adorable balloons to a professional looking cake I was amazed at how she had the time with Sachen zooming everywhere! With and amazing  supportive husband, Lee and a wonderful family – their house was filled with laughter, friends and joy  x

Sometimes you have to look close, other times you don’t, but each year is full of milestones ~ 2011 for me is oozing with significant moments something to smile upon this Thursday morning.

Thank you for your support throughout 2011, I have thoroughly enjoyed being apart of your lives and I adore that each one of you enable me to do what I love. Enjoy a Merry Christmas and I look forward to sharing with you new ideas/projects at the start of 2012.

Arriving at a family home is always a unique pleasure – if only walls could talk I wonder- the stories it could tell.  Holding the memories of four beautiful children watching as they grow. For Narelle & Gavin this has been their first and only family home. Celebrating their 25th Wedding Anniversary in November.  Their children, mirror their beautiful, fun,  nurturing nature. As Corey their oldest has just a year to go to complete his Accounting Degree –  Geordie, their youngest, finishes year twelve. Their family dog, Meg, a 12 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback, comes down for the photographs – sitting proudly with her family.
